Steven R. Hicks, Ed.D. is a seasoned educator, marketing professional, and creative strategist with distinguished experience across public and private sectors. Dr. Hicks blends a robust academic foundation with practical private sector expertise in communications, design, and photography. He has written for, designed, and supplied photography for regional publications. His work has garnered multiple awards from organizations including the American Advertising Federation, the Florida Magazine Association, and the Northeastern Economic Developers Association. Dr. Hicks is deeply committed to community service and regional development. He has served on numerous boards, including Junior Achievement of the Space Coast, Melbourne Main Street, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, the American Advertising Federation, and Florida Institute of Technology’s Women’s Business Center IGNITE 360 Program.
