My name is Emmalee Bradley and I am a native of Rock Hill, SC. I am a recent graduate of Winthrop University where I received a B.A. in Dance with a certification in K-12.  While at Winthrop I have been involved with various performances. This includes: Senior Showcase (2016, 2018), Junior Showcase (2017), Winthrop RockHettes (2017-2019), and Winthrop Dance Theatre (2017-2019). Within these shows I demonstrated my skill level in ballet, contemporary ballet, modern, and jazz.

Winthrop gave me the opportunity to be a student choreographer for Junior Showcase (2019), and for Senior Showcase (2019). In addition, I  choreographed a piece for the Winthrop RockHettes in 2019. Post graduation I will begin searching for a place to share my dancing ability within a local company as well as pursue a MFA in dance with a concentration in choreography at UNCG.

Winthrop also provided me with the opportunity to intern under several teachers. I will use skills I have gained to transform my teaching skills and apply them effectively. As a teacher I hope to use my passion for dance to instill knowledge into the students I teach. I hope to provide a safe, stimulating environment for dancers to explore and broaden their dance skills and passions.

Along with my dance career, I have also been heavily involved with the world of colorguard. I have participated in major organizations such as Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps (2016), Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps (2017), and Etude World Winterguard (2016). I have also worked with multiple high school colorgaurds and The District Independent Winterguard as a coach and choreographer.
