Executive Committee
The
Executive Committee possesses and exercises all the powers
of the full Board in emergencies. The Executive Committee also has the responsibility
to evaluate the President on an annual basis in accordance
with the State agency head performance appraisal process.
The Executive Committee provides general oversight
for all matters related to long-range planning for the
University; facilities planning; and personnel matters.

The Academic Affairs Committee provides
general oversight for all matters related to academic
program proposals; academic program reviews; curricular

The Finance Committee provides general

annual audit of the University, as well as the oversight of
