Welcome
to our services designed to assist you as a commuting or
nonresidential student and to those transitioning from on-campus
life to off-campus living. All service are designed to
help students continue achieving success
at Winthrop University!
The services available to
students will encourage critical thinking, careful planning, and
the utilization of services available within the University and
surrounding community. It will be up to each student to put into
action their own plan to Live, Learn, and Lead as they
continue to engage in the Winthrop Experience.
The
Dean of Students
Office is committed to helping students succeed no

be a commuter student? Commuter students are simply Winthrop
students who do not live on campus. You commute to class and
