form to request a table for the Convocation
Picnic and/or the Clubs & Organizations
festival. You MUST reserve a table in
advance to receive one.

Winthrop
University has over 180 student
organizations to choose from, offering
something for everyone. There are many
benefits to joining a student organization,
making new friends, developing new skills
and abilities, working as part of a team,
learning to set and achieve goals, sharing
your time and talents, as well as having
fun.
As you grow at
Winthrop, you will discover that the more
active you become, the more you will benefit
from your educational experiences, both in
and out of the classroom! This website was
developed to give you an introduction to the
wonderful opportunities that await you.
While not all of these student organizations
will interest you, pick a few that look fun
and get involved. If you can't find one that
appeals to any of your interests, you can
start your own. It will be the first step in
making your Winthrop experience a great one!
