Roddey
Apartments-
There are a
variety of people who reside in Roddey. Married couples, single
parents, children, graduate students, international students, and
undergraduate students all live here, which makes this building unique. However, Roddey still
follows the same policies and guidelines as everyone else! When
living in Roddey, You are required to sign a lease that last for a full
academic year with options for the summer (9 months). You
can pay up front if you wish or have your rent charged to your account
monthly. Financial aid does apply for Roddey, just as it would to
any other residence hall. Roddey comes furnished, but the
furniture can be moved from your room upon your request. While
staying in Roddey you are NOT required to have a meal plan.
