The Department of Residence Life is now establishing a wait list for The Courtyard at Winthrop.  If you would like to live in The Courtyard at Winthrop in the future, this is your best opportunity to guarantee your spot on the wait list.  Just click on the link to the right and request that an application be sent to you.  Return your application and the non-refundable $25 application fee and you will be on the wait list for future vacancies.

Students who want to live in the same suite together must turn in all application materials at the same time.

You do not have to be taking classes during the summer in order to live at The Courtyard.

The Lease  (Courtyard Lease for 2004-2005)
If you do not return your signed lease, you will lose your space.  Once you sign your lease and turn it in, you are financially obligated and legally bound to the terms of the lease.

 Assignment Priority Groups – Assignments will be made by Priority Group and based on your classification.  Those students who want 12 month leases will have priority within each group.

Group 1:
A group of students who are all current Courtyard residents who can completely fill a suite.

Group 2:
A group of students who can completely fill a suite in which at least one member of the group is a current Courtyard resident.

Group 3:
An incomplete suite group in which at least one person is a current Courtyard resident.

Group 4:
A group of students who can completely fill a suite in which nobody in the group currently lives at The Courtyard.

Group 5:
An incomplete suite group with nobody currently living at The Courtyard.

NEW MEAL PLANS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY FOR COURTYARD RESIDENTS!  Residents at The Courtyard can sign up for the new Cafe Cash meal plan.  
These meal plans contains Cafe Cash, only, which you can use at any Dining Service location you wish.  Click on rates for more details.
