Faculty & Staff Services:
Student Information System (SIS)
Student Information System (SIS) accounts can be requested by
the immediate supervisor of any new employee via e-mail to the
Records Technology Coordinator, Susan
Crowder. Central Computing accounts must be obtained prior
to SIS accounts. Attendance at a SIS training session is required
before an account will be activated.
Faculty and Staff are trained to use the Student Records component
of the Student Information System by the Records and Registration
staff. Training sessions are announced at the beginning of each
Fall and Spring semester. (Individual training is also available
as time permits.)
Some of the information available for your use by attending a
training session will be: student schedules, addresses, class
lists, course section information, student transcript information
for advisors, and other basic student records information. Please

a day with the exception of batch processing times. Batch processing
occurs from 10:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. weekdays.
