RESOLUTIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. We appreciate your patience with us as we worked to make these available to you. Because of the inclement weather experienced throughout the southeast, we had to extend our resolution deadline in order to make sure that all delegations had equal opportunity to submit a resolution. We were still receiving resolutions at the end of last week and we appreciate all of the hard work that went into these documents! Please see the Committees Page or click the following links to view the resolutions for this year's conference:

We are excited that our conference is less than three weeks away and hope that you all are, too! Please read all of the following announcements as they are very important.
1). We will be sending out resolutions soon.
2). PLEASE send in your delegate information forms as soon as possible if you have not already done so. If you have not sent in the forms yet, please go ahead and e-mail email@example.com with the names of your delegates and observers by next Wednesday, March 12.
3). We are pleased that our conference is going to be happening during the inauguration of Winthrop's new President Dr. Jayne Marie Comstock. Please be advised that because our campus has several activities planner to honor Dr. Comstock during this week, on-campus parking may be limited. Please allow plenty of time in your schedule, especially on registration day, Wednesday, March 26.
4). Please be advised that we have pushed up our registration start time this year. Registration will be held in the Richardson Ballroom Lobby in the DiGiorgio Campus Center from 2:00pm-5:00pm. If you do not arrive by 5:00pm, you will need to see Elizabeth Oswald-Sease, our program coordinator, after the conclusion of the keynote address on Wednesday, March 26 to receive your conference materials. Please allow plenty of time in your schedule so that we can make sure that you are checked in and that photos of your delegations are arranged.
5). We are very excited to announce that this year's keynote address will be delivered by Ms. Naomi Tutu. Ms. Tutu is the third child of Archbishop Desmond and Nomalizo Leah Tutu. She will speak about global development and the global south. We will be filming this special event and would like for you to complete the appropriate release forms. Please complete the advisor release form and the minor release form and bring them with you to registration.
6). THANK YOU! We look forward to seeing you soon!
