Welcome to the Spanish Club

at Winthrop University

The Winthrop University Spanish Club meets every other week during both Spring and Fall semesters. 
     
Members typically include students in 100-level Spanish courses, international students, and other members of the campus community, as well as Spanish majors and minors. 

Meetings are bilingual  - you do not need to understand Spanish to attend. The Club is open to anyone interested in broadening their cultural horizons.

Join the Spanish Club

  • Spanish Language hour offers informal conversation time with native speakers in a comfortable setting

  • Guest speakers will be Winthrop International Students, people from the Community, or Winthrop Faculty members. 

  • Topics of conversation will be Cultural or Issue-oriented

  • Appropriate for all levels
