Employee
Policies The
Winthrop University Employee Manual is a guideline to
some of the University's current policies, procedures, and
benefits. A copy of the manual is located in each
department on campus and must be available to all
employees. An employee may also review a copy of the
manual at any time in the Office of Human Resources.
The Winthrop
University Faculty
Manual serves as a source of information for faculty
about a number of areas, including employment, campus
governance, academic policies and procedures, and campus
facilities and services.
