Wellness
Services
Educational and
preventive information on numerous health- and wellness-related topics is
available to all students via Wellness Services. At Wellness Services you can
obtain information, pamphlets, and other materials pertaining to sexually
transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention,
exercise, nutrition, eating disorders, and sexual assault, among many other
topics.
Students are
encouraged to call 323-2233 or drop by
203 Crawford Building to consult or set up an
appointment with the Coordinator of Wellness Services. The coordinator meets
with students on an individual basis or with student groups.
Outreach
Programming
Educational programs are presented upon request in residence halls
and classrooms, and to fraternities, sororities, and other student
groups. To request a program, fill out the
Program Request Form
and submit it to Wellness Services in person (203 Crawford) or via
email (wellness@winthrop.edu).

Awareness Events
Wellness Services also sponsors a variety of campus-wide health- and
wellness-related awareness events and speakers. These events are open
