Participate in all aspects of care

Establish an advance directive

Impartial access to care
7.
Full financial information

Know identity and professional status of all healthcare workers
9.
Participate voluntarily in research and educational projects
10.
Full knowledge of their rights
and responsibilities in receiving healthcare
Each patient is responsible for:
1.
Providing accurate information about their past health history
2.
Asking questions if he/she
does not understand the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis,
or any instructions
3.
Providing the necessary personal information to complete medical
file
4.
Paying the charges billed
5.
Following
rules and
regulations that are posted within Winthrop University Health
Services
