Directors of Graduate Studies

   Each college maintains an office in which advising assistance is available when the assigned faculty advisor is not immediately available.   Students may contact the director of graduate studies in their college.  The graduate directors may offer assistance in deciding on a major, verifying advisor assignments and other academic advising and administrative matters.  General advice is also available in the Graduate School, 209 Tillman, 803/323-2204 or 800/411-7041.
