Student Accounts Mission Statement
Student Accounts Receivables strives to provide quality financial services to students,
parents, alumni and employees. We seek to assure that funds due the University are
billed, collected and reconciled on a timely basis and that our procedures comply with
University policy and applicable federal and state regulations. Our aim is to provide service in an efficient,
accurate, and responsive manner. We support students, parents, faculty, and staff in a variety of billing and financial
aid programs and we work towards maintaining these programs in the most cost effective and efficient manner consistent with
the mission of the University. While performing the above mission statement, the Student Accounts Office represents Winthrop
University with a professional and courteous demeanor to students, parents, University departments, and external agencies.
