of satisfactory academic progress. If
you completed the form mailed to you by our office, you do not
need to complete this again. Remember to include the
required documentation.
Selective Service Registration Compliance Information
Most males age 18 and over are required to be registered with Selective
Service. Your FAFSA data was compared to the Selective Service database
and did not match. This compliance information is provided to assist male
students in meeting the requirement to be registered for Selective Service.
Statement of Registration
Status with Selective Service If you meet the criteria for exemption from selective service registration,
complete either Part A or Part B on the form and return it to the Office of
Financial Aid. If you are female, you have received this notice because you
did not answer “no” to the FAFSA question, “Are you male?” Complete
Part A of the Statement, sign and return it to the Office of Financial Aid;

the amount you will be receiving from July 1 through June 30.

students who have Palmetto Fellows, LIFE, or SC Grant, they must
sign an affidavit.
