These forms are made available for faculty use. In the case of Arts & Sciences and Library forms, all you have to do is to put your cursor in the appropriate box and type in your content, then save and print out the form.
For the Murdy sheets and departmental syllabi templates, highlight the information you want (or the entire form if you like) and copy and paste it into a Word document. If you have questions, ask Cheryl or a member of the Department Technology Committee for help.
