Please note: 

  • 75 copies of approved advertisements must be submitted by Friday at 3 p.m. prior to week they are approved for display.

  • Advertisements should be one sided and a 4"x6" vertical layout

  • Advertisements will be displayed on tables for one week; Sunday to Sunday.

  • No free standing table tents are allowed in the DIGS.

  • Requests must be submitted by the Thursday prior to week requested
    • there are only 4 available advertising locations per week so DO NOT wait until the last minute to reserve your slot.

  • Reservations will be taken on a first come basis.

  • Table displays are not available in the Campus Center during the summer (mid-May through mid-August).
