7:00-7:45am in room 122. We will have the following classes:
Monday: HIIT with Emily
Tuesday: Power Yoga with Ashley
Wednesday: HIIT with Ashlyn
Thursday: Power Yoga with Ashley
Friday: Butts n' Guts with Janna

Who's on Top?
This faculty/staff incentive program gives departments an opportunity for some friendly competition. Participants can earn points by completing various tasks. Some challenges include:
Drinking only water for 1 week.
Participating in group fitness classes.
Completing random acts of kindness.
Grab a bingo board from the front desk at the West Center! Complete several different Bingo variations to win! Bingo challenges include: attending fitness classes, participating in intramural and open recreation sports, leisure exercise! Program limited to first 150 participants.
Boot Camp X
This intense workout series is offered to students only. Sign up by emailing your name and t-shirt size to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 24.
Workouts will take place from 6:30-7:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 1 to April 24.
Survive at least 8 sessions for a t-shirt!
Only 20 people can participate, so sign up ASAP!
