All Group Fitness classes are FREE to Winthrop students and West Center members.

All group fitness classes are available for current students and faculty/staff/alumni West Center members only and open to all levels of fitness.
Zumba: Ditch the workout, join the party! This class is a fun and effective way to improve your cardiovascular fitness. This class pairs pulsating Latin rhythms with red hot dance steps. All levels are welcome!
Ab Attack: This 15-20 minute core workout will increase your abdominal strength and tone your abs and lower back muscles. Come join us in this gut-wrenching core class. Ab attack makes a great addition to any class.
WU F.I.T: This class incorporates cardiovascular and resistance training all in one. Each instructor will run this class differently. This fun and energetic class will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance, but also your flexibility and strength. Anyone can do this!
Yoga: This class works to develop the physical body with strength, stamina, and flexibility; the emotional body with stability, confidence, and discernment; the mental body with awareness, concentration and focus. The result is physical, emotional, and mental tranquility, enabling one to completely relax while feeling strong, confident and ware. Focus on waking up from the inside out.
Aqua Tone: Utilize the pool to get a great cardio and strength workout in the water. This low impact class features a heart-pounding cardiovascular workout that is fun for all ability levels.
