Mission Statement

The Office of Records and Registration supports the academic goals of Winthrop University by

  • Interpreting and communicating university academic policies;
  • Providing prompt, accurate and courteous administrative service in areas including, but not limited to Course Scheduling, Cultural Events, Degree Audits, Graduation,  Registration, Transcripts, and Benefits for Veterans and their dependents;
  • Keeping institutional and student records secure and confidential; and
  • Identifying and using effective technology to ensure efficiency in student and administrative  services.

As the one office on campus which interacts with every student and every faculty member every semester, we strive to provide the very best service possible to every person.
