Education Alumni Earn Teacher of the Year Honors

 The York, Clover and Chester school districts released their 2017-18 Teachers of the Year candidates this spring, while Fort Mill Schools announced its 2018 District Honor Roll Teachers of the Year.
 Thirteen Winthrop alumni received honors in this batch.

ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA — Whenever school districts release their Teachers of the Year nominations, you can count on one thing: several Winthrop University alumni will always be in the pack.

The York, Clover and Chester school districts released their 2017-18 Teachers of the Year candidates this spring, while Fort Mill Schools announced its 2018 District Honor Roll Teachers of the Year.^

Winthrop alumni who earned Teacher of the Year nominations were:

Clover Schools

Chester Schools

Fort Mill’s District Honor Roll Teachers of the Year who are Winthrop alumni are:
