ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA – Pull out those Smartphones and get those Google calendars ready: Fall is here, and that means that it's time to start planning for 2014 Homecoming & Reunion Weekend!

This year's Homecoming & Reunion Weekend, scheduled for Nov. 14-15, offers a wide variety of events that promise two days of fun and nostalgia for all Winthrop alumni and their families.

The Class of 1964, the "Golden Girls" of this year's Homecoming, will celebrate their 50th reunion Nov. 14 with a special event at Westminster Presbyterian Church. In fall 2014, the class commissioned the creation of a bronze statue, named "Metamorphosis," that sits on the bench at the end of Scholars Walk near Kinard Hall. The statue will be dedicated officially during Homecoming weekend. The class also established two scholarships: the Class of 1964 Endowed Scholarship and the Class of 1964 Alumni Programming Endowed Fund.

Here's a snapshot of Homecoming & Reunion Weekend events to look for Nov. 14-15:

Friday, Nov. 14

Saturday, Nov. 15
