Dr. Cynthia Roddey Speaks (Sponsored by the African American Studies and Womens and Gender Studies Programs of the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies and the Office of Diversity and Student Engagement)
11 a.m.-12:15 p.m., Winthrop Bookstore Commons
Cynthia Plair Roddey '67, the first African-American graduate student to enroll at Winthrop, will celebrate the 50th anniversary of her graduation by giving a talk to Winthrop students during Homecoming Week. Roddey will speak on her time at Winthrop and her academic career, highlighting the ongoing issues of race and gender that continue to challenge our society.

Homecoming Dinner
4-8 p.m., Thomson Café
Join us in Thomson Cafeteria as we offer a Homecoming themed meal, music, contests and giveaways.

We Are Wild'N Comedy Tour 
8 p.m., Tillman Auditorium
Enjoy a night of comedy that encompasses a mix of original stand up, sharp improv and interactive games to get the crowd involved. It will feature comedians Burpie, Darren (Big Baby) Brand and Tyler Chronicles who have been featured on various platforms including Bossip and MTV's Wild 'N Out. Free with DSU All-Access pass, $5 Student, $7 public.
