TAO Self Help

TAO is an online platform full of interactive modules. These modules will educate you about mental health and teach you tools to get and stay well.  Follow these steps to get started:

  • Navigate to the TAO website
  • Select “Sign up in Self-Help with an Institution,” then “Sign Me Up”
  • Complete the User Information, Demographic Information, and Informed Consent
  • TAO will send you a confirmation email to confirm your account. Please check your email and confirm that you got it.
  • Then login with your email address and your new password at ThePath.TAOconnect.org
  • Watch the 5 minute tutorial and you are on the pathway to hacking a new set of skills!
