Job Description: The receptionists' primary duties are to greet visitors to the Writing Center, check students in when they arrive and review their WCOnline profile for the appointment, answer the telephone, respond to our voicemail when possible, make “place holder” appointments using WCOnline, and assist students with creating their profile accounts when they come to the Center. Receptionists may be asked to do other jobs on occasion.
   
Specific Skills: Applicants should be comfortable working with people, friendly and professional while interacting with visitors in person and on the phone, and be familiar with basic computer skills.
