Facilities Project Planning
Beginning with projects to be scheduled for Summer 2019, all future Facilities projects will require a 'Facilities Project Request Form.' The Facilities Project Request Form is intended to enhance the collaboration between Facilities Division and the requesting Divisions/Departments on campus in planning future projects in regards to:
- Better coordinate, explore cost, and ultimately prioritize facility project on campus
- Allow time for procuring goods and services related to Facilities projects
- Create a multi-year planning schedule

Facilities Management provides the following services for the university:
- carpentry
- custodial
- electrical
- electronic security systems
- elevator maintenance
- event set-ups
- grounds keeping
- heating/air conditioning
- moving furniture
- painting
- plumbing
- recycling
- safety
Any requests concerning telephones and network connections should be directed to Telecommunications.
Any requests regarding computers should be directed to User Support Services.
