My name is Shiannea Nicole Gathers. I am 19 years old. I live in Eutawville, S.C.
I attended Lake Marion High School and Technology Center where I graduated salutatorian
of my class. While in high school, I was very active. I was involved in many clubs,
sports, and honorary societies. I am now a senior at Winthrop University majoring
in biology, minoring in chemistry. After I graduate from Winthrop University, I will
go to medical school in hopes of becoming a pediatrician. I am excited to be a member
of Eagle STEM because I am surrounded by students who have the same interests and
are driven, motivated, and determined to succeed. I look forward to using every opportunity
presented to the best of my abilities.
