My name is Andrew Davis and I am a junior Mathematics major. I graduated from Wade
Hampton High School in Varnville, SC, where I graduated in the top ten of my class.
I plan to teach Math at the secondary level. My preference is to teach Probability
and Statistics. After graduating, I want to teach high school for a few years, and
then eventually get my PhD in Mathematics in order to be a professor. On the side
of solving mathematics functions, I do enjoy laughing (a lot), hanging out with my
friends, and a good video game. I want to make these four years at Winthrop the best
four years of my life. I want to thank the Eagle STEM Scholars program for allowing
me to join them and share these four years with the students and staff of Eagle STEM!
