The Winthrop Department of Theatre and Dance has made the important decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Dance Intensive.  We are disappointed for the lost opportunities for all of the teachers, students, audiences, staff, and interns.  We will provide updates about the 2021 summer intensive as we are able.  In the meantime, take care of each other, and keep dancing!

Summer Dance Intensive

Spend time on a college campus and get to know Winthrop dance majors!

This one-week intensive for rising 9th graders through graduating high school seniors features a variety of technique classes, improvisation, and choreography taught by Winthrop dance faculty.

Students will perform in an informal showing on Friday. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
