Thanks to scholarship aid I was able to continue my passion for theatre after high school. It meant so much to me that Winthrop's Theatre and Dance Department saw something special in me and offered financial support.

My favorite experience to date was starring as 'Annie' in "Annie Get Your Gun". That production offered me a chance to show my artistic growth on stage through a character that I had never seen played by a woman of color.
