Leah Dyjak is an interdisciplinary lens-based artist, splitting her time. between New York City and the Carolinas. Her work applies the logic of archaeology against the cultural makeup of place as a way to understand the nuance of habitat and the human condition. Her work has been exhibited at Pump Project in Austin Texas, the Houston Center of Photography and throughout the North East. Leah was an artist in residence in 2017 and is currently summer faculty at the Anderson Ranch in Snowmass, Colorado. She was a presidential fellow at the University of Texas at Austin, where she received her MFA in 2015. Her work is represented by the Schoolhouse Gallery in Provincetown, MA.
