Lance attended Penn State University where he earned his MFA from the PSU Acting program. During his MFA studies, he worked with Jim Wise, Mark Olsen, Bill Irwin, Drew Fracher, Jane Ridley, Susan Schulman, and Di Trevis as well as with Lessac Master Teacher Barry Kur. He completed a residency in London, England where he continued his voice work with renowned teacher Charmian Hoare. He completed a film residency in Toronto, Canada before working in the film, television, and theatre industries in the southeast. He is currently represented by Evolution Talent. In addition to his academic work, he incorporates current trends in film/tv and theatre to further benefit his students' understanding of the industry and to enable their specific pursuits and interests.
