Application & Selection Process

Step 1: Complete the Online Application 
  • Fill out the online application here
  • A key portion of the application are short essay questions
  • Applicants should type essay responses in a Word document and paste into the online application
Step 2: References 
  • Applicants must provide contact information for two professional references
  • References will receive an email with instructions to submit an online reference form
  • Please contact your reference prior to submitting your application to ensure he/she is willing and can meet the deadline
  • Note: Applications must be submitted online. Applications are not considered complete until both an online application and recommendation form have been received
Step 3: Interview 
  • Successful applicantswill be invited to an individual interview 
  • Candidates will be notified of hiring decisions by
Step 4: Training 
  • CRLs will be enrolled LEAD 120, a leadership course offered in the fall  
  • Fall training will be held on a schedule which is conducive to CRL and the director's availability
  • Additional on-site training at partner high school is TBD
  • All training is mandatory

Successful first generation college students and graduates from the partnering high school/s are encouraged to apply. The application and selection process for the 2021-2022 cohort will occur in fall 2021.
