fair. All districts will be responsible for the virtual platform (Zoom, GoToMeeting,
Microsoft Teams, etc) they chose to use to reach out to their potential candidates.
- Location: VIRTUAL via Symplicity (EAGLElink)
- Price: We accept payment by Marketplace or check. Please email gillc@winthrop.edu for an invoice.

- SENIOR EDUCATION MAJORS, GRADUATE STUDENTS, AND ALUMNI WITH A DEGREE IN EDUCATION

- INTERVIEWS: The CDI is not responsible for hosting interviews after the fair. If a district wishes to interview candidates they met during the fair, that district
is responsible for contacting, scheduling, and setting up those interviews with a
virtual platform/phone call/etc. We suggest districts come prepared with a blank schedule
with interview slots so they can keep organized with who they invited & the times
of those meet ups. We ask that you conduct your interviews after the fair, so our
students have the equal opportunity to speak with districts. You may start conducting interviews as soon as the fair is complete.

Mock Interview Day
In 2019 we kicked off our first annual Mock Interview Day. This is an excellent way
to meet students as well as brand your organization on campus. We have found that
employers have used programs such as this one as an excellent pre-recruiting tool
to generate interest in their organization. Throughout their job search, students
have often turned to their mock interview employer as a real, prospective employer.
Past employer partners have included: Rock Hill Police Department, Broad River Retail
d/b/a Ashley HomeStore, Daimler Trucks North America, Mosiac Pediatric Therapy, Alexander
Youth Network, and Keystone Substance Abuse Services
