The College of Business Administration is excited to announce that the Leadership Speaker Series will feature Pat Graham, and take place on Thursday October 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. The event will be held in Carroll Hall/Whitton Auditorium. It is open to all students and is an approved cultural event.
"Recognizing Young Talent: Leadership lessons from the person who hired Mitt Romney at Bain & Co." is the title of this semester's speaking engagement.
Pat Graham, co-founder of Bain & Company, brings over 30 years of experience developing corporate and competitive business unit strategies worldwide that have led to exceptional competitive performance for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Pat began his career at IBM and later served as Sr. Vice President of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he directed strategy engagements and developed major clients and intellectual capital. He is also a trustee of Knox College.
Pat left BCG and went on to become the co-founder of Bain & Company, playing an instrumental role in the company’s growth. After Bain, he served as Sr. Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Gillette where he was responsible for all mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, and new business development.
Pat holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from Knox College.
