MBA-Strategic Leadership

The general MBA program is a 36 credit hour program, including nine semester hours of electives. Students who pursue the MBA-Strategic Leadership concentration are required to take the 9 elective hours in executive level management-focused coursework, including topics such as leadership, global competitiveness, and human resources management. Many of our MBA-Strategic Leadership students are looking to further their careers, possibly switch career paths, or excel as executives or managers. 

Applicants choosing a concentration will be required to meet the same admission and prerequisite requirements as those in the traditional MBA program.

MBA-Strategic Leadership Requirements:

5 years of work experience is required and the following courses:

MGMT 675: Leadership Dynamics
MGMT 622: Advanced Human Resources Management and Labor Relations
BADM 600: International Field Experience or BADM 633: Intl Business Culture
