January 2, 2015        

For the WMST minor, in the current catalog and all previous catalogs, allow SOCL 350, when taught as "Masculinities" and cross-listed with WMST 450, to count as a WMST core course.

For ANTH concentration, allow ANTH 503a or 503b to count towards the fieldwork requirement.

March 27, 2014 SOCL332 (Sociology of Conflict and Conflict Management) can substitute for SOCL 330, 335, 337, or 525 in Sociology's Criminology Concentration or the Criminal Justice Minor, as one of the 6 required hours.
July 30, 2008 Students seeking the Sociology Major with a Concentration in Criminology will no longer be required to take Political Science 310 (The Judiciary). Therefore,
the total number hours required for the concentration will be reduced to 33 hours. This modification applies to students under the 2008-2009 catalog and all prior catalogs.
April 13,2009 Students seeking the Sociology Major will be allowed to use ANTH 302 (Anthropological Theory) or SOCL 302 (Social Theory) in the place of SOCL 502. This modification applies to all students in catalogues prior to 2009-2010.
December 08, 2010 All Student prior to 2009-2010 catalogue may choose to follow the current Anthropology minor's requirements.
