For Program Planning and Proposal Writing

(non-Research Council funding)

The following form is intended as an initial step to assist CVPA faculty and staff in the process of program planning and proposal writing when seeking funding from a non-Research Council source as a representative of their Department, College or Winthrop University.  (Individuals developing grants for personal work without representing Winthrop University in an official capacity need not complete this form).  You are strongly encouraged to submit this form to the Office of the Dean at least three to six months prior to officially applying for outside funding sources.  Submission of this form will enable the Dean’s office to gauge who is applying for funding from specific types of agencies, with an eye toward helping prevent possible application overlap.  Completion of this form will also allow the Dean’s office to better assist the individual faculty/staff member in the program planning/proposal writing process.
