Executive Committee

The Executive Committee possesses and exercises all the powers of the full Board in emergencies.  The Executive Committee also has the responsibility to evaluate the President on an annual basis in accordance with the State agency head performance appraisal process.  The Executive Committee provides general oversight for all matters related to long-range planning for the University, facilities planning, and personnel matters.

Committee on Finance 

The Finance Committee provides general oversight of the finances and facilities of the University, acts as the Audit Committee and reviews the annual audit of the University.

Committee on Institutional Advancement and Development 

The Committee on Institutional Advancement and Development provides general oversight for matters related to student recruitment, enrollment management, and marketing as well as alumni affairs and the encouragement of private support and institutional fundraising for the University.
