RESOLUTION TO HONOR HUGH HADSOCK, JR.
FOR SERVICE ON THE WINTHROP UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, Winthrop University with
grateful appreciation, does hereby acknowledge and commend the
service of Hugh Hadsock, Jr. as a member of the Winthrop
University Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, his participation on the Board as a member of the
University Relations Committee has been characterized by
enthusiasm and dedication to his alma mater; and
WHEREAS, he has demonstrated his commitment to Winthrop
University and its tradition of outstanding service;
THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that the
Board of Trustees of Winthrop University does hereby
gratefully acknowledge the dedication and support that Hugh
Hadsock, Jr. has demonstrated on behalf of higher education in
general and Winthrop in particular;
AND, presents today from the students,
staff, faculty, and Board this citation as a testament to his
achievements and devotion to the University.
