The 2013 Convocation Picnic will be held on Monday, August 19 at 5 pm on the Front Lawn of Margaret Nance Hall.The 2013 Fall Involvement Fair will be held on Thursday, September 5 at 11 am on the DIGS Campus Green.If your registered student organization is interested in signing up to have an information table at these events, please complete this online registration form. Please keep in mind that by filling out this form, you are signing up for both events.Also, only 80 registered student organizations will have table space at the Convocation Picnic, so these will be given to the first 80 organizations to sign up. All other organizations will be added to a waiting list.
