Purpose of Organization:  The Socialist Student Union is a group of radical student activists committed to struggling against the oppression and exploitation that result from a capitalist economic system. We oppose all forms of racism, classism, sexism, and heterosexism. SSU seeks to construct a socialist alternative where all human beings can realize their full potential.
Description of Organization:  Socialist Student Union is an independent, nonsectarian group of radical student activists committed to struggling against all forms of oppression and exploitation that arise from a capitalist economic system. We oppose all forms of classism, sexism, racism, and heterosexism. SSU envisions a socialist alternative in which all human beings can realize their full potential.
Planned Projects/Events:  -September 28th event on abortion rights in Nicaragua. -October 6th anti-war demonstration. -Forum on American Legislative Exchange Council.
