Purpose of Organization:  The purpose of the organization shall be to encourage Winthrop students to embrace their hair in its natural state. As an organization STRANDS will educate individuals about the varieties of hair textures and styles, and provide them with the tools necessary to maintain healthy hair.
Description of Organization: To encourage Winthrop studnets to embrace their hair in its natural state.  Promote healthy hair with proper hair care tips.
