Publicity Start Date (Date must start on Sunday):
Publicity End Date (Date must end on Sunday; 1 week from publicity start date):
Description of Event Being Publicized:
75 copies of approved advertisements must be submitted by Friday at 3 p.m. prior to week they are approved for display.
Advertisements should be one sided and a 4"x6" vertical layout
Advertisements will be displayed on tables for one week;
Sunday to Sunday
No free standing table tents are allowed in the DIGS.
Requests must be submitted by the Thursday prior to week requested
there are only 4 available advertising locations per week so DO NOT wait until the last minute to reserve your slot.
Reservations will be taken on a first come basis.
Table displays are not available in the Campus Center during the summer (mid-May through mid-August).
