To create a community of student artists that will
encourage and cultivate artistic progress outstide the class.
Description of Organization
The purpose of the USA is to encourage community among art students,
increase awareness of the visual arts on campus, offer opportunities for
student exhibitions and to bring more of the outside art world to
Winthrop.
