Compliance Certification Report
Winthrop University’s Compliance Certification Report was submitted to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges in September 2010. The Report required the institution to document its compliance with each of the Core Requirements, Comprehensive Standards, and Federal Requirements contained in the Principles of Accreditation and with the policies and procedures of the Commission on Colleges. For each requirement or standard, Winthrop
- documented the level of compliance,
- attached documentation that supported the level of compliance indicated, and
- developed a narrative that summarized, linked, and interpreted the documentation as it built a case in support of the level of compliance indicated.
