SACS Quality Enhancement Plan
What is the Quality Enhancement Plan?
Global learning is the focus of the University’s QEP. The topic was selected after a lengthy process involving focus groups of staff, faculty, students, administrators, alumni and the Board of Trustees; surveys of faculty, staff and students, and a proposal competition. During summer 2010, a strategic plan for the QEP was developed by the Proposal Committee, based in part on a questionnaire administered to faculty and staff in spring 2010. The plan was presented to faculty and administrators at a retreat in August 2010. After final refinement and review, the finished proposal will be submitted to SACS in early 2011.
