Phelps Hall

Phelps is our newly renovated Residence Hall that will be more attractive to returning students. It is a four story residence hall located across the street from the Dacus Library and Withers/W.T.S. Building, home of the Richard W. Riley College of Education. Across the street from Phelps are the Thomson Cafeteria  and Thurmond Building, home to the College of Business Administration. Phelps offers a spacious lobby, a sink in every room, 2 additional laundry rooms, a new elevator, and a computer lab open to all residents 24 hours a day plus Wi-Fi. Phelps houses 400 predominately upper-classman students.
