Personal Training

 

Take the first step to meeting your fitness needs & goals:

  • All sessions are FREE and available to Winthrop Students and Faculty/Staff/Alumni West Center Members only
  • Sign up with a trainer at the West Center main desk
  • Schedule 30 minutes or 1 hour training session for up to 4 sessions
  • Trainer cards will be issued by your trainer on your orientation day
  • Clients may keep their trainer card behind the fitness desk even after the 4 completed sessions
